GoodWe is offering an internship opportunity in After-Sales Logistics to support operations related to spare parts, replacement equipment, and customer service efficiency across Brazil. This role will assist the logistics team with key administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import processes (both sea and air), from initial request to inventory availability, including:
• Documentation review (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.);
• NCM classification and customs compliance checks;
• Coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and import partners;
• Ongoing tracking and reporting of shipments and container status.
• Support the sales, marketing and aftersales teams with the logistics of products, spare parts and replacement equipment;
• Maintain accurate inventory records for local stock in Brazil, including stock in own warehouse and distributors' locations;
• Monitor and manage logistics-related costs, taxes, and freight charges;
• Generate reports and KPIs to support logistics performance tracking (lead time, shipping costs, delivery accuracy, etc.);
• Act as a point of contact between internal departments and logistics service providers to ensure clear communication and aligned timelines;
• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and minimize risks in logistics operations.
• Bonded Warehouse management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, importation, or international trade;
• Knowledge of customs clearance, NCM classification, and incoterms;
• Proficiency in Excel (inventory control, cost tracking, reporting);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment;
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for working with partners and internal teams;
• Chinese speaking.

Not required, it's a plus:

• Experience in the solar energy or electronics industry;
• Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics platforms;
• Intermediate Spanish and English skills.
