The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll act as both an engineer and consultant — supporting, optimizing, and automating large-scale public cloud environments across Azure and AWS.

This is not a traditional support role — you'll have direct customer interaction, ownership of infrastructure automation, and the freedom to solve complex challenges creatively.

You'll work on:

• Supporting and optimizing enterprise-scale Azure and AWS environments
• Building automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps principles
• Proactive governance and cost optimization reviews using Cloud Insights (Flexera CloudCheckr)
• Designing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
• Advising customers on modernization, containers (AKS/EKS), and cloud-native adoption
• Collaborating with Product and Professional Services teams on new initiatives and deployments

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Cloud Engineer / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure OR AWS (ideally both)
• Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS) and cloud-native services (App Services, Lambda, etc.)
• Understanding of networking, hybrid connectivity, and governance best practices
• Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in a customer-facing or MSP environment
• Fluent English communication skills
