Voice Engineer (CUCM)

Remote (Brazil)

***************************should be excellent communication skills

• Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) (versions 4–14)
• Proficiency with Cisco Unity / Unity Connection voicemail systems
• Hands‐on experience with Cisco Emergency Response Server (CER) configuration and support
• Ability to support Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) environments
• Skilled with Cisco Unified Presence and Cisco Jabber deployments
